the days my room was an oven
friday i went to milk for a 45th birthday celebration for DJ Stef. 12 of my favorite DJs and friends played an all 45 set and it was a good crowd, good selection and just good vibes all around.
saturday i was going to go to the west add radio 8th grade dance benefit @ deco but backed out because i was worried that it would be too difficult to get a cab home from the tenderloin. so me and my boyfriend stayed in watching movies and music videos and then we got into an argument about whether or not that was Prince in the Genesis “Land of Confusion” video who puts his tongue between the hotdog bun and proceeds to eat it.
i really don’t understand how anyone cannot think that is Prince! i did a search for it online, but came up with nothing. so i couldn’t prove it to him. ugh…it is SO Prince!!
sunday night it was still warm, so Young and i went to Dolores Park and sat around eating Grade A cream puffs listening to creedence while watching other people get into shape. we kicked ourselves for not realizing to bring our tennis racquets.
I think it looks more like Sylvester Stallone and Michael Jackson, but here’s what the internets say:
