i love this so much

see, this is the kind of japanese game show i love.
absurdly funny and not sadistic or mean spirited.
i love the kill bill 3-2-1 countdown sound, the looks on their faces as they try to figure out the best way to position themselves. also the spacey set & silver body suits and the ridiculous cutouts in the styrofoam. the diving catch one kills me. i love this

america’s birthday

consumed grillables and margaritas, made people get on cullen’s faux bearskin rug and took their picture, got wasted by 4, walked through dolores park and place was packed and fireworks were going off all around, went up to kristy’s roof and watched fireworks all around the bay, woke up with the most intense hangover i’ve ever had.

Prime Cuts Schmaltz Liquor #2

Hi. I lied about saying I was going to throw up a new mix on the podcast once every two months. Cause it’s like a week after the last one. sorry for smothering your itunes if you already subscribed. i’ll update sporadically but not excessively and not too infrequently. I couldn’t resist a 60s mix though. This is an “enhanced” podcast in m4a format with changing album art during playback and track markers on your ipod for you to skip and rewind songs.

Episode #2: Paisley Gun Battle

file under: 60s garage, freakbeat, psychedelic rock
i don’t know why it never occurred to me to make a mix like this because i love this music. it’s about an hour long and i think it’s a good one cause i listened to make sure my levels were even and it made me want to get smashed.
