i saw on my friend’s friend’s blog that he had kept a bunch of ticket stubs and scanned them. i went to the same thinking fellers and mission of burma shows! seeing those brought back some memories and i wish i saved tickets before i started slowing down and stopped going to shows as frequently these days. keeping them are an excellent way to trigger great memories. a few awesome shows i attended from the top of my mind were the ex, the fall, television, pere ubu, suicide, tribe called quest, robin hitchcock, big star, sonic youth, cheap trick, jeru, boredoms, kinski, de la soul, cecil taylor, ken vandermark, lush, shellac, stereolab, and so many more i can’t remember at the moment. i guess it’s never too late to start:

these shows were amazing, which might explain why i went out of my way to not dispose them…
